- February 10 - Last day to order a birchwood rose! Honor a RSE student or staff member. Forms in the front office.

- February 13 - Box Top Store is Open! Don't forget to send in your Box Tops with your kids.

Come Meet Our New Superintendent
A "Meet and Greet" reception will be held on Thursday, Feb. 9, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. to offer parents, staff and members of the community an opportunity to visit with new superintendent Dr. Bruce Gearing. The event, which will be held in the Board Room at the DSISD Administration Building (510 W. Mercer St.), will be informal and guests may visit any time during the 4:00-6:00 p.m. window. Dr. Gearing started in the district last Thursday.

Mark your calendars for our Spring Tiger Fitness Party! Run, walk, or bike to Rooster Springs on the evening of April 2 to celebrate healthy, active lifestyles for our kids and families. Local businesses and camps will be on hand to share information about fun summer camps and programs. There will be super fun things for the kids to do too. Don't miss it!
