Service Sale: Tiger Books

Tiger Books is a PTA program designed to expand the selection of titles in the RSE school library while commemorating a special person and/or event. Purchasing a book for the library is a wonderful way to honor someone special, such as your child or a staff member, with a lasting tribute. Forms can be turned in right away for all months, so take a moment to order a book for your child's special occasion now. Checks will be deposited upon receipt, and books will be ordered when the appropriate month’s order is placed.

All forms must be received no later than the first Thursday of the month prior to the event being commemorated. All September dates will be honored in October and are due by September 2, 2011. All June, July, and August dates will be honored in May and are due by April 6, 2012.

Order Process:

1. Submit the Tiger Books Order Form with a check for $20.00 payable to RSE PTA, Inc. to your child’s teacher or to the school office.

2. A book will be selected that is an appropriate level for the recipient based on the information provided on this form. A commemorative bookplate will be placed inside the cover of the book.

3. The book will be checked out to your child or honoree first and delivered to your child's classroom. The books are then returned to the library after two weeks to be enjoyed by all students and faculty for many years to come.
